Train the health workforce. Show the record.

Coral MED designs and runs accredited training programs for workforce agencies, professional licensing boards, and public health systems. Every completion is documented to IACET standards, so the record of who learned what holds up when a funder or auditor asks.

How an engagement runs

Four phases, one accountable lead.

Each engagement is led by a Program Director responsible for contract performance, stakeholder communication, risk, and deliverables.

  1. Assess

Stakeholder interviews, workflow and workforce assessments, and a baseline performance review, so the program is sized to the gap that exists.

  2. Design

A work plan, curriculum, and performance measures developed with your team and agreed before delivery starts.

  3. Implement

Training cohorts, process improvements, and change management run by a named Program Director who reports status on a fixed schedule.

  4. Sustain and improve

Outcomes measured, competencies validated, and knowledge transferred to your staff so the result outlasts the contract.

What you can hand to an auditor.

Public money spent on training needs a paper trail. Ours is produced by the same systems that deliver the training, so it does not depend on anyone remembering to keep a spreadsheet.
