Sponsor a cohort. Get the outcomes data.
For workforce agencies, local workforce boards, and economic development offices that fund healthcare training. You name the workers and the skills gap. We enroll the cohort in an accredited pathway, run it, and report who completed what.
The catalog a cohort draws from
244 self-paced courses across nine healthcare-management pathways, each course 3.3 contact hours and 0.33 CEU. Learners keep access for one year and a permanent transcript.
- Four levels per pathway, with a certificate at each level
- Built for people already working: incumbent staff and career changers
- Delivered on Coral Plus, online, on any device
The non-clinical jobs that keep healthcare running.
Most public training money goes to clinical roles. Hospitals and clinics are just as short of the people who run billing, quality, compliance, data, and operations.
Laboratory operations, public health, leadership, and cybersecurity content is available for programs that need it. Ask for the current course list.

Pick the arrangement your funding allows.
Sponsored cohort
The agency pays for a defined group through a defined pathway. Fixed scope, fixed reporting, one invoice schedule.
Employer partnership
The agency co-funds training for incumbent workers at named hospitals, clinics, or labs, with the employer releasing time to learn.
Individual vouchers
Eligible job seekers and workers enroll one at a time against an approved program, and we report on each.
Program eligibility differs by state and funding source. We will tell you plainly where we are approved and where an application is still in progress.
Have a workforce gap and a funding window?
Bring the occupations and the headcount. We will come back with a pathway, a timeline, and a price.
