Custom Programs

Your content, your name, our accreditation and platform.

When the catalog alone is not enough, we build around it: pathways designed for your roles, a learning site under your brand, and your in-house training turned into courses that carry IACET CEUs.

What we build

Four services, used alone or together.

Most custom engagements combine two or three of these. A health system might want a custom pathway for new managers, delivered on a site that carries its own name.

Custom pathways

We assemble a pathway from the 244 Coral Plus courses to fit a specific role or initiative — new manager onboarding, a value-based contract launch, survey preparation.

You get
  • A course sequence matched to the role
  • Level structure and completion certificate
  • Optional capstone on your own operations

White-label deployment

The Coral Plus learning platform under your organization’s name and branding, so staff see your academy rather than a vendor’s site.

You get
  • Your logo, colors, and program name
  • Your selected courses and pathways
  • Platform setup, hosting, and support from us

Continuing education conversion

Training you already deliver — orientation, annual competencies, internal workshops — redesigned to IACET standards so staff earn CEUs for it.

You get
  • Learning outcomes and assessments written to standard
  • CEU value assigned per course
  • Completions recorded on the learner transcript

Instructional design

New courses developed with your subject-matter experts for topics the catalog does not cover, from a single module to a full curriculum.

You get
  • Course outline reviewed with your experts
  • Lessons, cases, and assessments built by our team
  • Delivery on Coral Plus or your white-label site
Continuing education conversion

The training you already run could be earning your staff CEUs.

Many organizations deliver hours of solid internal training every year that never shows up on anyone’s transcript. Conversion keeps your content and your experts, and adds the structure accreditation requires.

What you bring

  • Existing slides, recordings, or facilitator guides
  • A subject-matter expert for review
  • The roles the training is meant for

What comes back

  • A course with stated outcomes and an assessment
  • An IACET CEU value on completion
  • A record on each learner’s transcript
How a custom program runs

Scoped up front, reviewed at every stage.

  1. Scope

We define the audience, the outcomes, and which of the four services are involved.

  2. Proposal

You receive a written scope, timeline, and price before any work begins.

  3. Build and review

We build in stages. Your experts review outlines and drafts before each is finalized.

  4. Launch

The program goes live for a first group, with reporting set up from day one.

Common questions

About custom work.

Who owns the content you build for us?

Ownership and licensing are set out in the proposal for each engagement. Content you bring to us remains yours.

Does all of our internal training qualify for CEUs?

Not automatically. Each course has to meet IACET requirements for outcomes, assessment, and instructional time. We review your material first and tell you what qualifies as is, what needs redesign, and what does not fit.

How long does a custom program take?

It depends on scope. Assembling a custom pathway from existing courses is quick; developing new courses with your experts takes longer. The proposal gives a timeline before you commit.

Can we start with a team plan and add custom work later?

Yes, and many organizations do. Seats you have already purchased carry over.

Talk through what you have in mind.

A short call is usually enough to tell you which services fit and what a proposal would cover.
