We have fewer than 10 people. Can we still buy as a team?
Yes. Below 10 seats, the simplest route is to buy bundles from the catalog at standard pricing. If you expect to grow past 10 within the year, tell us and we will quote it as a team plan.
Can different roles take different pathways?
That is how most plans are set up. A billing office might put front-line staff on Revenue Cycle Management and supervisors on Reimbursement Management, all under one plan.
Do the CEUs count toward our staff’s credentials?
Coral MED is an IACET-accredited provider and every course carries IACET CEUs. Whether a specific board or certifying body accepts them depends on that body, so learners should confirm with theirs.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Team plans are invoiced, and we accept purchase orders.
What happens when the 18 months are up?
Learners keep their certificates and transcripts. Renewing the plan extends course access.
Can we add our own policies or training to a pathway?
